Description: Seasons of Change is a 100% Minnesota mixed culture saison. This saison is brewed with five different Minnesota grown grains, hopped with Triple perle hops grown twenty minutes from the brewery at Civil Sass Hop Farm, and fermented this saison in a Minnesota grown oak barrel with native MN yeast and bacteria. The bottle was conditioned with Minnesota wildflower honey for three seasons before its release. Try this 100% MN saison during movie night.
