Description: Ale Fermented in Oak Worms within the Lion's Body is a dark beer fermented and aged in oak on cherries. The 2021-2022 double-vintage blend was created from a beer brewed in the Spring of 2021 and aged two years, and a beer brewed in the Spring of 2022 and aged one year. These beers were fermented in some neutral oak and some freshly emptied Syrah barrels on organic Balaton and Montmorency cherries grown at Applecart Fruit in Okanogan. This beer was refermented to condition with raw Washington Star Thistle honey. Bottled 06/29/2023
