(André Breton) This 2021 harvest beer was made using biodynamic Gamay Noir grapes from Johan Vineyards in the Van Duzer Corridor, organic Balaton cherries from Applecart Fruit in the Okanogan Valley, and second use organic Van cherries from Collins Family Orchards in Selah. This beer was refermented to condition in the bottle with organic cane sugar. Bottled 10/11/2022
