Description: Brewed at the Propagator. We opted for a moderate ABV recipe with a subtle, yet balanced malt character to allow the Mosaic hops to shine. Mosaic is one of our favorite dual purpose hop varieties known for its high alpha acids and for its myriad of flavors & aromas including blueberry, tangerine, papaya, and bubble gum (to name a few). This beer is a crisp pale chock-full of hop aromas and flavors of nectarine, papaya, and tangerine.
