Description: 2018 marks Binny's 70th anniversary. To help celebrate this milestone, we collaborated to create a beer utilizing a uniquely Modwestern fruit, the Paw Paw. Nicknamed the "Hoosier Banana" or "banango", this peculiar fruit has sweet custard-like aromas of mango, banana and cantaloupe. We chose a blend of young wild ale and a barrel aged hybrid beer to help accentuate the Paw Paw uniqueness. A vibrant golden straw hue is accentuated by notes of tropical papaya and mango concluding with a hint of orange blossom honey. We congratulate Binny's 70 years and many more to come.
