Description: Torrential is what we want in a Double IPA. It's big, dry, hugely aromatic, bursting with tropical and fruity hop flavors, and terrifyingly drinkable. A mix of our Pilsner base malt and some simple sugars gives this beastly Westcoast DIPA an almost unrecognizable amount of malt character while leaving the beer as crispy and dry as a Double IPA gets. The hops we chose to throw in the mix are a simple blend of our favorite hops that, all on their own, are hugely dominant, but blended, they produce a beautiful marriage of orange zest, mango puree, summer melons, grapefruit juice, ripe papaya, bright pineapple, and jackfruit. This is a beer that dates way back; the 10th beer we ever brewed, in fact, and its slow evolution has gone from being the Double IPA we most wanted to drink way back in 2015 to showcasing the best hops we could get, and now incorporates the same hops but also in the form of Incognito, Spectrum, and Cryo. Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Galaxy, Citra Incognito, Mosaic Incognito, Mosaic Spectrum, and Mosaic Cryo
