The result, T'angeline Citrus Gose; a modern take on Gose loaded with tangerines and inspired by the Brothers Comatose song Angeline. Starting its journey into beerhood with a nice long nap in the kettle, T'angeline develops a complex acidity of not just its newly created lactic acid, but from citric acid as well, donated by the massive amount of tangerines stewing in the kettle with it.
