Description: Much like the 1997 classic Spice World, pumpkin beers are popular to hate on, unanimously panned by critics, and thoroughly enjoyed by those with exceptional taste and an innate desire to spice up their lives. Just like the Spice Girls revolutionized pop music for generations, pumpkin beers revolutionized the craft beer world, paving the way for the Cheesecake Factory-influenced pastry beers to come. Not ones to hate on incredible things, we brewed up a simple Milk Stout. We crammed it full of pumpkin, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and nutmeg until Nighttime Creatures was as luxurious as a melted pint of Cold Stone. Some would say it's "Too Much," some would say, "Stop," others would say, "I don't even get any of these Spice Girls references," to which we say, "Move Over." While it may not be the coolest style, we love Nighttime Creatures and its thick and intoxicating notes of chocolate-covered pumpkin pie, whipped cream, medium roast coffee, oreo cookie crumbles, and vanilla bean ice cream.
