Description: A blending of two brewing cultures – the hoppy goodness found in America ales, merged with the grain bill and yeast profile of delicious beers from Belgium. Our take on this style uses a Pilsner malt base and GigaYeast Scourmont Abbey Ale yeast dosed with generous amounts of fruity and tropical Idaho 007, Citra, and El Dorado hops. Brewed in collaboration with CrowdBrewed supporters Paige Kirstein and Roxie Bartholomew.
