Description: We asked some local gardeners within walking distance of the brewery in our sunny Portola neighborhood to grow hops. Many happily obliged and we were able to harvest the crop and use the hops less than 24 hours later in this Fresh Hop Ale. Doesn't get much more Hyper-local than that! Magnum pellets for bittering, hyper-locally-grown Chinook and Cascade fresh hops for flavor/aroma. GigaYeast NorCal Ale yeast.
