Yeah, we remember too, so we brewed Hopsleeve IPA in that West Coast tradition. We love the old skool approach that put IPA on the map - we love it so much, our brewer has a tattoo sleeve of hops covering his entire left arm. Ahhh, now you get it! Chinook, CTZ, Centennial, Citra hops. GigaYeast NorCal Ale yeast.
