Description: We are all BIG fans of Belgian-style beers at our brewery and when it came time to brew something that celebrated our 5th year in business, we decided it should be a Tripel. Sticking as closely as possible to the style guidelines, we decided not go out on a limb with this one like most of our other Tempest creations. This was a chance for us to pay homage to the beers that ignited our passion for this industry, and it’s unique history. A slightly sweet malt bill with a creamy mouthfeel lay the foundation for a bouquet of yeast-derived character and the complexity this style is known for.
