Rigel Sparkling Ale takes its light orange color from Pale, Munich and light crystal malts, which also lead to a nice creamy mouth feel. Crystal hops impart a slight fruity hop flavor and low bitterness. Rigel contains 1% of fresh pressed Riesling juice from the Tesoria Winery, used to increase its fruity-ester profile. Rigel drinks crisp like a good sparkling wine.
