Description: This juicy IPA is brewed with Citra, Eureka!, Simcoe and Mosaic hops, as well as unmalted wheat and flaked oats to bring out a fuller mouthfeel. We combined some NE IPA technique with West Coast yeast to get the best of both worlds in this beer. No hops were added to the boil until the last 15 minutes to keep the bitterness restrained and the flavor and aroma maximized!
