Description: Triple IPAs need some serious hops to rise up over their thick malty bases. With Trip Hazard, we did our best to let each part of this tapestry shine through. We started with Amarillo and Simcoe in the boil to build a rich grapefruit canvas. A double dry-hop of Simcoe, Talus and Millennium gave us this tropical fruit overload, with lychee and papaya coming forth in waves accompanied by subtle hints of spruce.
