Description: A amber/red lager that is easy drinking with a mild bitterness and a light toastiness. Named in honor of Hoot; a beloved blue-heeler of one of our regular couples. We got to meet good ol' Hoot a couple of times and he was as sweet as could be. He will be missed. Hoot says, "A beer named for me? How nice! I can smell it all the way up here!"
