Description: Our Cupid's Curse was made especially for FeBREWary and showcases our Ponch's Porter under a different light. We used two Brettanomyces strains instead of our house ale yeast to ferment out this batch. The Brett attenuated the beer further than usual leaving it with a drier finish, a touch higher ABV, and subtle earthy/cherry notes. To round out these new attributes we let the beer sit on oak spirals for 5 weeks, imparting a kiss of oak on the finish.
