Description: Based upon mid 19th century Brown Porter recipes, we fermented this wild with our native yeast and bacteria in second use bourbon and red wine barrels, then conditioned it on copious amounts of Coava 'Cornelio Nunez' coffee beans. A mild acidity and barrel presence round out the mouth watering coffee notes supplemented by the harmonious character provided from the grain. Whats for breakfast?
