Description: Golden Sour Ale Aged in Sauvignon Blanc Wine Barrels with Palisade Peaches. For the 2016 Harvest we decided the uniqueness of the Colorado peaches would be complimented by freshly emptied white wine barrels. We dedicated a small amount of this batch and aged it in Sauvignon Blanc barrels which gives the beer added complexity and a vinous character we don't usually see in Persica.
