Description: Méthode Traditionelle Spontaneous Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with Riesling Grapes Dry, musty and earthy, this Méthode Traditionelle sour with Riesling grapes is a borderline perfect sipping sour. While it is not overly acidic, the sourness that comes through is very sessionable. We especially like the lime zest notes and minerality that is the expression of the Colorado Western Slopes terroir, from which we source our grapes. Enjoy with friends or drink the whole thing yourself, it goes down easy.
