Description: Our Höppy Kölsch- Idaho 7 is a twist on our Kapitöl Kölsch. We dry hopped our classic Kölsch with Idaho 7 hops grown in the USA. Idaho 7 imparts tropical fruit and citrus notes (think apricot, orange, red grapefruit, papaya) with big notes of resiny pine and hints of black tea. This is a crisp, lightly hopped and light bodied but hazy kölsch. This is a small batch creation so come try one while it lasts.
