Description: This is a specialty version of our award winning ESB (GABF Gold '13 & '14). The subtle complexities of this beer begin with a base of 100% Maris Otter English pale malt – prized for it's superior, rich, bready taste – which mingles well with the fruity esters developed by our house ale yeast during fermentation. The base beer is hopped with English, German, and American hops to balance the rich malt character. Finally this beer is specially dry hopped with Crystal hops to further enhance the hoppy aromatics and flavors, creating a uniquely American finish to a traditional English style brew.
