The Roggenbier style was abandoned in 1516 with the introduction of the Reinheitsgebot (purity law excluding all grains except barley malt. It lay dormant for nearly 400 years before being brewed again in the 80'1. And the hops? The Hop Nation boys love juicy US & NZ hops. So we obliged. Hops: Motueka, Mosaic, Citra and Wakatu Malts: Rye, Munich and Pilsner
