Description: The PUCKER UP Sour Cherry beer is unlike any other beer we have ever produced, as it is our most sour effort to date. It's recipe is based off a traditional German beer style called the Berliner Weiss. The Sour Cherry's profile is closest to a traditional European sour beer blended with a dry cider or white wine. It is a limited run Clocktower seasonal, so it will be only around for a very short time. This year we have added fresh, local sour cherries to the mix. The addition of the cherries adds a high degree of tartness to the beer while providing a sweet finish and some pinkish hues to the head.
