Description: This is a tart, gose-style ale brewed with Indian coriander, lime zest, and sea salt. Conditioned on fresh guava, passion fruit, and mangoes at a ratio of 3 lbs of fruit per gallon of beer. This is by far the most fruit we've ever used in one of our Goses. Sour, tart, refreshing and simply delicious. This ale is sessionable and perfect for any beer drinker.
