Description: A simple, single-decoction pale lager brewed with 100% pilsner malt from Sugar Creek Malt co, mash hopped with NZ cascade, and hopped with New Zealand nectaron hops spread out across the boil, whirlpool, and dry hop. fermented with Berkley Yeast co German lager yeast, which has been bioengineered to release thiol precursors naturally found in malt and hops. After a low & slow fermentation, this beer came out crystal clear, gushing with dank tropical fruit cocktail notes that dance on the tongue, finishing nice and crisp with lots of great beer flavors
