Description: Attention Economy is a decadent, full 14% Imperial Stout aged in a Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrel for 20 months, then conditioned on toasted coconut, almonds, and Madagascar vanilla. It has a robust and velvety base of chocolatey malt character, accentuated by a lovely sweetness of toasted coconut. The nutty, dense undertones of the almond add a really nice depth and play extremely well with the coconut in the aroma, while the sweet, soft vanilla rounds off the palate. It's luxurious, complex and just a tiny bit warm with a hint of oak. We get flavors of a dark chocolate covered Almond Joy Candy bar, thick fudgy ganache… like a chocolate lava cake that has been in the fridge. It’s divine.
