Description: When National home brew champion Jeff McGrath was given a slot in the GABS 2016, and asked Colonial if we were keen to collaborate with him to adapt one of his recipes to the commercial scale, we jumped at the opportunity! Jeff's Double IPA is one of the biggest recipe's we have tackled and mouth watering to read. Our Head Brewer in the West Paul Wyman and Jeff went back to the old Edith Cowan Uni 6HL brewkit and made magic happen, we hope you enjoy !
