Description: Exotic, tropical, and colorful, this hop forward IPA will please both the hop heads and hop averse, this beer is all about aroma and flavor. The nose is filled with freshly toasted coconuts and grapefruit, rounded out with ripened mango and other tropical fruits on the pallet, with a firm but not overpowering bitterness tying things together. We "hop charged" this West Coast Style IPA with 44 pounds of pan toasted coconut, pushing those tropical flavors even further to the forefront. The natural oils released from the toasting shine through, coating the mouthfeel with a definitive coconut presence. A unique IPA to our lineup, this follows the trend of our Employee Series beers by trying something completely new and different, and this time exotic, for us at CMBC.
