Description: JT, our talented Brewer brewed this Loganberry Gruit for National Gruit Day. An historical style of beer that uses herbs to bitter the beer instead of hops. We used fresh rosemary from our taproom garden. Enjoy a natural souring from the lack of hops (an anti-bacterial component of beer discovered centuries ago) as well as herbal, earth notes from the rosemary and a heavy fruit element from the addition of Loganberries. Balanced, unique and flavorful.
