On a dark Winter day in Astoria, Raspberry Mocha Brown Ale was born in collaboration with Buoy Beer Company, Fire On The Mountain, Zoigalhaus Brewing, and Ristretto Roasters Coffee. Together, for the NW Coffee Beer Invitational, they brewed a brown ale with Motueka hops added in the whirlpool; raspberry and cold-brewed coffee added after fermentation.
