Description: This Kettle Sour was inspired by historical Wits from Belgium. Traditionally they had a slight tart character which complements the spice and citrus notes from the yeast. Rather than the traditional Coriander we decided to use fresh Citrus Zest to add a secondary component to the profile of the beer and add to the refreshing character.
