It is a style that Shawn discovered while trolling for kitten pictures on the Internet and he was actually able to convince Jon to brew! Much like how Copernicus declared that the earth went around the sun, this beer combines barley and wheat to create a unique brew that has a balanced wheat prescence, full bodied barley note and smooth lagered finish.
