This beer is produced one keg at a time with freshly roasted coffee beans from Black Ring Coffee Roasters in Long Beach. The beer is racked onto the coffee and aged for only a couple of days, which imparts a heavy coffee aroma but maintains the color and flavor of the beer. We use a different variety of coffee each time - so every batch is unique!
