Description: Pronck Witbier is our new flagship for sunny days. A four cereals wheat beer as we like to see: light, good fresh and wonderfully aromatic. We have chosen to brew this beer with only ingredients of biological origin. You will definitely taste the purity of these honest raw materials. In addition to barley malt, this beer also contains wheat, rye and oats. These cereals gives this wheat beer a rich and malty body. So is the beer, despite the 4% alcohol, full of flavour. We add freshly squeezed lemon juice and lemon rasp of organic lemons what gives a fruity and fresh twist. The floral lavender brings the beer in balance and gives a sweet spicy undertone.
