Description: Brussels Beer Project paid us a visit and we decided to brew a beer inspired by the sour ales of West Flanders. For a Danish twist, we added our "Sea Buckthorn honey" which was made by slowly caramelizing the sugars in the fruit for weeks prior to this brew. We then fermented with "Bruxellensis" yeast and Lactobacillus delbrueckii. The result is the tart taste of Brussels and Copenhagen together in one beer.
