Description: It's time to sit back and chill with this complex little cruiser weight. A malt bill dominated by Rye, with additions of Oats and Barley, the Abv may be low but the body is big and bold! Dry hopped with Mosaic and Hallertau Blanc, aromas of elderflower, grapes and lemon grass will hit your nose first. Flavours of gooseberry, white peach, honeydew and white grapes to follow. A refreshing citrus tartness thanks to its 24hr kettle souring compliments its slight hints of green Bell peppers, Hay and Tropical funk courtesy of the French yeast.
