Description: Brewed with Pilsner and wheat malts, a good helping of flaked oats, and a perfect storm of Mosaic and Citra hops. Then we fired up our big fancy juicer and juiced a pretty decent amount of ruby red grapefruits and added them to the tank, along with locally sourced honey, and finally we added Simcoe hops to the party. Notes of mango custard, papaya, lime leaves, tart grapefruit juice, tangerine gelato, unripe peach, and candied honey drops.
