Description: First brewed for the Brothers Beer Session Beer challenge. Pipsqueak is a Belgian table beer fermented with a mixed culture of Saccharomyces, Brettanomyces, and Lactobacillus Bacteria. Pipsqueak has a short ageing period, allowing it to develop a light acidity and tartness. Hopped with Czech Saaz & modestly dry hopped with NZ grown Liberty hops.
