Description: For the past several years, non-francophone clients of our Montreal brewpub have frequently confused the term “Péché” with “Pêche”, and end up ordering a Peach Mortelle. This confusion gave birth to the idea of brewing a Péché Mortel with real peaches. The fruit’s acidity compliments that of the coffee, infusing the beer with fruity flavours.
