Description: We went on a full on flavor attack on this small born sinner variant with help from our friends at four star (farm and brewery). We got 100 pounds of their freshest pepite hops and loaded up the mash with them. We used a thiolized variant of a juicy ipa yeast to bring the hops front and center. For good measure, we threw in a large dry hop addition of pelletized pepite. Single hopped, but multiple cans are guaranteed to go down smooth.
