Description: It’s no secret that we love Prime Roast coffee. We were able to team up with them last month for this coffee biscotti milkshake pastry stout! Cold-steeped kilned caramel, chocolate spelt and chocolate malts lend a more full & less acrid profile to this deeply complex pastry stout. @primeroast biscotti & @breadshed biscotti were added at various points during the brewing process along with vanilla, @primeroast toasted almond coffee, and a small charge of milk sugar. Always, Anyways is a stout brewed in collaboration with Prime Roast Coffee Company in Keene, NH.
