Description: Brewed for winter in honor of the beloved Pinhead Classic at Bridger Bowl, this Bohemian lager has a light body and a dry, crisp finish. Bitterness, flavor, and aroma are derived from the heavy use of Magnum and Czech Saaz hops. We have dry hopped the Pils for even more aroma and a resinous texture that our local hopheads will appreciate! We also employed special Lager yeast from the brewers of the original Czech Pils and an extended cold conditioning period to give it a true European flavor. We hope you enjoy this most satisfying winter/spring session beer. Cheers.
