Description: Imperial American Stout • 9.4% ABV • Windsor Homebrew Supply hosted a Stout competition in which Jeff Zwetsch and Don Frakes brewed an outstanding fresh stout base and won the opportunity to scale up their recipe and brew on our 7BBL Pilot System! Isolated Facts is aptly named for its foundational excellence -- without proper technique and an intelligent recipe build, wacky adjunct choices are just hiding flaws. This is an adjunct-free, inky black brew with a dark, tan head that sticks and laces down the glass with each sip. Intense malt-focused aromas of bitter dark chocolate and roasted coffee dominate this big, bold, mega-traditional Imperial American Stout. Keep an eye out for a small portion of this base beer to release next year after spending time in barrels!
