Description: 1&2 years old lambic with apricots (o.a Bergeron) from the Ardeche in France. This blend is characterized by its lactic profile. -- My first blend, this beer actually symbolizes the start of the Bofkont adventure. As every year, we are looking for specific barrels with a soft lambic and lactic notes. This is characteristic of the Moonwalk blend, in which we want to achieve a fruity and creamy character. This is supported by the acids of the lambic, but these certainly do not dominate the blend. This blend of 1 & 2 year old lambic macerated with the famous Bergeron apricots from Ardechè (France). The name of this blend has a funny origin, you probably know a different apricot beer and the characteristic label. So the Moonwalk is a subtle reference to here. Like I said lambic and apricots are a match made in heaven.
