Description: To celebrate Bloomington Craft Beer Week, our brew crew met up with old and new friends from Upland Brewing, Quaff On! Brewing, and Function Brewery to create a collaborative Black American Wheat Ale. Midnight Delight features late boil additions of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Centennial hops, and derives both its dark roasted character and its name from Midnight Wheat Malt. In the spirit of friendship, we blended our four house yeast strains to give this beer a clean and smooth finish. Since this four-way collaboration is a new and exciting step for us, we thought it would be fitting to dry hop the beer with an experimental hop variety (HBC 291) that has yet to be officially distributed. Enjoy Midnight Delight amongst good friends at each of the breweries, at Bloomington Craft Beer Fest, and in celebration of all the great craft beer being brewed right here in Monroe and Brown Counties.
