Description: Burbank Series No. 1 Collaboration with Troubled Monk Brewery (Red Deer) The Blindman and Red Deer rivers meet at Burbank Junction. There - if you look - you can find ancient fossil beds dating to the Paleocene Epoch. For this collaboration we've also delved deep into the past to produce a beer that has been brewed for hundreds of years in the town of Masham, in North Yorkshire. The Office of the Peculier Court of Masham for which the beer is named held great powers in 12th Century England. They would sit in judgement and place their seal to mark their approval. We humbly hope you will do the same with this Old Ale. Dark and vinous mingling with complex and rich fruit notes. Toffee and roast malt ending in a bitter-sweet finish with delicate hops.
