Description: Sour Mild Ale. We sampled a great Mild Ale at the Colorado Collaboration Fest this past Spring and thought we should brew it for you. One change we made was we thought this beer would be even better sour style. The base recipe is English Mild then we add Wild Rice, Red Rice, and Vermont Maple Syrup. The lactic sour comes from acidified malt in the mash which provides the pucker. This is a great entry level sour beer to get introduced to the wild world of Sour Beer.
