Neither too rich, nor cloying; standard, humble and reliable. Traits of his father’s family, passed down from Angus Macker, and brewed into this beverage. There’s a hint of chocolate and coffee on the finish. Smooth, with no tannic bitterness to the end. Traditional Fuggle hops for a bit of balance.
