Description: PHAZOTRON is a series of beers in which we push the limits of creating a beer with as much fruit flavor as possible. We start with our shadow base beer and add in 300 pounds of plum puree. We also add in over 3 pounds of lactose sugar. All of the fruit is added to the beer then the beer is crash cooled so there is no refermentation of the fruit. This creates the most fruity beer we make. The beer sits on fruit for about three days then is filtered and ready to serve. This beer has about 4 pounds per gallon of fruit.
